Hello Sadness es el disco más reciente de Los Campesinos! y hace un par de días la banda dio a conocer «Tiptoe Through The True Bits», canción que quedó fuera del disco antes mencionado. De acuerdo a una entrevista realizada por NME Magazine a Gareth Paisey dijo lo siguiente con respecto al tema: «We all agreed it was one of our favourite tracks, but also that it didn’t fit the album at all. There was nowhere we could put it within the tracklisting where the album didn’t sound better with it not being there.»
